Robin Wood has been with Excel International Sports since our first trip in 1998. He has guided soccer groups in Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, Sweden, Italy, Holland and Germany. Robin is based in Scotland and he organizes and plans itineraries for all of our North American teams visiting the United Kingdom. How I can best help you... Robin enjoys people! His experience with Excel Sports, including working with people of all ages, helps keep his tours running smoothly at all times. Throughout his career, Robin has learned how to deal with nail-biters, head-scratchers and nerve-wrackers very well. He's a constant presence of calm and coolness in the Excel family and a great one to refer to when the pressure is on.  What they've said... Robbie Bouman handles the operations and travel itineraries for our incoming soccer groups to Holland.  As a native of Amsterdam, Robbie lends us his insider's perspective which helps us add the special details to our group tours and events.  In addition, he maintains daily contact with all of our vendors ensuring coaches and players will be happy with their experience in Holland.  With over 15 years experience in the travel and service industry, Robbie has encountered all types of people and situations and knows what it takes to assure satisfaction and smiling faces. How I Can Best Help You... Robbie's courteous and personable nature enables him to maintain an excellent relationship with our vendors and clients. Furthermore, Robbie has the ability to be flexible and creative in order to find the best solution for our client's needs and demands, a quailty which he attributes to the his Dutch open-mindedness.  Robbie has been known to turn his hand to many things whilst on tour with teams, they have witnessed him warming up goalkeepers followed by a presentation in his infamous clown outfit! Nick Simmons was born in Wales, raised in England, and has lived most of his life in Spain! Nick comes to us with the perfect blend of a UK background with much respect for foreign mindsets and interests. Nick lends his linguistic and cultural expertise daily in preparing proposals to Spain. Nick has amassed great experience and knowledge of even the smallest details in Barcelona which come in handy when it counts the most! Nick is remarkably skilled at understanding and analyzing our client's needs and consistently connects them with the perfect type of tour for the age, gender and quality of the team.  How I can best help you... Nick has a contagious positive disposition and stops at nothing to keep our clients happy with seamless and unforgettable events. Verónica Bueno helps to organize our incoming soccer groups to Spain.  Her knowledge of Barcelona and the surrounding areas helps greatly in planning our tours.  Her knowledge of the area also helps her to assist our teams during their stay.  She has a degree in Tourism from the University of Barcelona as well as years of work experience in the hotel industry as well as the tourist information industry.  How I can best help you... Angelo Morello organizes our incoming soccer groups from  North America to Italy. Angelo's extensive educational background as a former high school teacher is only one of the many strengths that he has to offer our clients. Precise and thorough by nature, he throws himself into our tours and hardly comes up for air until they're finished and his groups are happy! Angelo has many years of experience working in the sports tourism industry, and his relationship and organizational skills are unmatched.How I can best help you... Catherine Murphy assists our groups coming into Ireland.  A native of Ireland, Catherine has over 16 years of working in the sports industry.  She has previously worked in Sales and Administration for two prestigious sports clubs.  Catherine has organized travel plans for in excess of 1,000 individuals.  How I can best help you... Catherine's personality and knowledge of her country provides our groups an excellent experience.  Catherine's passion for sport shows through in the way she leads our groups.  She is willing to jump in and help out our teams when needed, but also knows when to stay out of the way.  What they've said.... Sven-Erik Jensen organizes our groups coming into Denmark.  A native of Denmark, Sven Erik  has been involved in the sports travel business for over 25 years looking after many groups on their travel to Scandinavia.  How I can best help you ... Sven-Erik's experience in the travel industry helps to give your group a smooth and knowledgable experience. There is no issue Sven-Erik has not dealt with and overcome!   What they've said ... Wilfried Bolte was born and raised in Germany.  He has played soccer for over 25 years and has been a coach for many of those years.  He is also a member of the management board of his local football club.  Willy organizes our teams coming into Germany and the Czech Republic.  He also organizes friendly matches and training sessions for teams throughout Europe.How I can best help you ... Willy's wide knowledge of soccer, the local culture, and the language guarentees you a learning experience.  He understands the soccer culture in Germany and how you can best use it to your advantage!
