THE EXPERIENCE
Established in 1991, the Donosti Cup is an International Soccer Tournament which is held every summer in San Sebastian, Spain. Participation of more than 200 teams worlwide is expected each year. The tournament is totally open to clubs of any sporting level. It is guaranteed to each team that a minimum of 4 matches is going to be played. All the matches are played on excellent artificial turfs and natural grass fields.

The tournament is divided in 8 categories; 5 of boys and 3 of girls. Each team can enter the number of players desired, although it is recommended not to bring more than 20 players so that all of them can play as many matches as possible.

1,421 teams from 32 countries have come to the Donosti Cup. Among all these teams have been representatives of the most assorted football styles: Brazilians, Russians, Italians, Spanish, English, Argentinians, Japanes, Peruvians, Nigerians, Dutch, Germans, etc.

There are a lot of reasons that make clubs travel thousands of miles to participate in the Donosti Cup. First, the beauty of a city like San Sebastian with 3 fantastic beaches, streets with a Parisian style, listed buildings, numerous tourist attractions, museums, etc.

The atmosphere, which is lived during the Tournament: boys and girls from 12 to 19 years invade the streets of the city filling them up with color and joy. And in the end, the emotion of a football Tournament where teams of all nationalities have participated in, and at the height of FC Barcelona, AIK Solna, Sporting de Lisboa, Spartak Vladikaukav or el Rosario Central.

A top quality activity program includes a disco, opening ceremony, karaoke, ice skating party, delegates dinner, delegates soccer game, and many other activities.
