THE EXPERIENCE
Salthill Devon took it upon themselves to take the first step to develop international soccer in the South of Ireland, creating and developing the Umbro Galway Cup, which takes place in their modern state-of-the-art facility at Drom Soccer Park. Established in 2004, the Umbro Galway Cup continues to grow and prosper with teams participating from the UK, the US, Canada, Ireland and Eastern Europe.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS
Galway is a modern University city by the Atlantic shores and looking out at the Aran Islands.  A few miles away is part of the Irish-speaking heartland, the "Gaeltacht" and the rugged Connemara landscape of peat bog and rock. Make a visit to the Burren and Cliffs of Moher, the National Aquarium, Our Lady's Shrine at Knock or a walking tour of Galway.
